D60 is undertaking a deliberate and collaborative process to reimagine its schools as the district rightsizes to its current and projected enrollment, allowing the district to better serve its students and community far into the future.
For a Valentine’s Day-themed community service event, members of the Pueblo Central High Student Council partnered with Pueblo South Park Elementary Parents K-5 scholars to make “love bug” cards for residents of the Brookdale El Camino assisted living facility and butterfly candy bags, for D60 Administration and Central staff members.
As January is School Board Appreciation Month, Superintendent Dr. Barbara Kimzey recognized the efforts and dedication of the D60 Board of Education during January's regular board meeting.
South Park Elementary celebrated curiosity and creativity at its Title 1 STEM Fair Night Wednesday. Students in grades 3-5 proudly displayed individual projects, highlighting their innovative problem-solving and inquiry skills.
